A story filled with the power of the mountains
The story of ziliti begins where nature breathes freely and time slows its pace. Our manufactory is nestled in the picturesque mountain village of Nizhniy Bereziv in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. It is here, at 450 metres above sea level, surrounded by clean air and untouched landscapes, that we built our craft — to give authentic herbal tea its true value and bring native Carpathian herbs to world-class recognition.We believe the greatest creator is the land itself. The foundation of our unique signature recipes is not only the plants we carefully cultivate on our own Carpathian grounds, but also wild herbs gathered in their natural habitat. This is a strictly organic space, where we have completely eliminated the use of any chemical fertilisers — allowing every flower and leaf to gather its true strength at nature's own pace.The idea of ziliti was born from a desire to support and develop agricultural life under modern circumstances. We strive not simply to create a quality product, but to create jobs for local people — giving them the opportunity to work in their own native village. We preserve the manufactory format, where every stage — from planting the seeds to packaging — is carried out exclusively by hand with great care for every detail.
Ancient methods: we dry our herbs using a traditional shade-drying technique, which preserves their natural appearance, vibrant colour and healing properties.
Jeweller's balance: ingredients are cut into large fragments and weighed on precision scales according to signature proportions, achieving a perfect balance of flavour and aroma.
Natural purity: the tastes, aromas and colours of our teas are 100% natural — we firmly do not use any flavourings, dyes or preservatives.
Ecological responsibility: special filter bags and packaging with minimal plastic use preserve the natural benefits of the product and reflect our respect for the environment.The Art of Brewing ziliti
Our herbs are cut into generous pieces to preserve their natural appearance and strength. To allow the flavour to fully unfold, keep a few simple details in mind:
Water temperature: Use water as hot as possible — 95–100°C.
Give it time: Wait 7–10 minutes. That is exactly how long the herbs need to release their full aroma and benefit.
Protect the aroma: Always cover your cup or teapot — this helps keep everything most precious inside.
Purity of taste: Try to avoid prolonged contact with metal, and we recommend drinking ziliti without sweeteners to experience its flavour in its most natural and pure form.
